Welcome to Paprala Express Auto Detailing! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and our website, located at https://papralaexpress.com/.

By accessing this website or booking our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Paprala Express Auto Detailing if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Services

Paprala Express Auto Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

2. Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments:

All services are provided by appointment only. While we strive to be on time, please allow a 30-minute window for arrival due to traffic or previous job completion times.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We currently do not charge a cancellation fee, but we appreciate 24-hour notice.

3. Payment Terms
Pricing:

Prices vary based on the vehicle’s size and condition. A final price will be confirmed before work begins.

Accepted Payments: We accept Cash, E-transfer, Debit/Credit cards, and Google Pay.

Due Date: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the detailing service.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Personal Items:

Please remove all personal belongings, electronics, and valuables from the vehicle before the service begins. Paprala Express Auto Detailing is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Access to Vehicle: The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and that keys are provided at the time of the appointment.

Service Requirements: If we require access to a water source or electrical outlet at your location, we will inform you prior to the appointment.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Damage
Final Inspection:

We request that customers inspect the vehicle upon completion of the service. Any concerns or dissatisfaction must be brought to our attention at the time of inspection.

Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, such as paint chips, scratches, cracked windshields, or faulty electronics that were present before the service started.

6. Liability

Paprala Express Auto Detailing’s liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.
